TURIQ uses the information you provide to design itineraries, manage booking requests, coordinate services, provide support and send communications related to your journey.

We request only the information needed for the operation. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to hola@turiq.pe.

When a booking requires an operator, accommodation, transport or payment provider, we share only the information needed to provide and confirm the requested service.

Clear conditions for better journeys.

Portal itineraries and prices are calculated from the TURIQ catalog and selected service level. Every booking remains subject to final availability and provider confirmation.

Before payment, TURIQ will communicate the scope, inclusions, exclusions and applicable change and cancellation conditions for the selected service.

Travelers must provide accurate information and promptly disclose mobility, dietary, health or documentation needs that may affect service delivery.

A transparent digital experience.

The portal may use essential technical storage to maintain sessions, remember language preferences and protect forms and access.
